Here I will be writing a short science fiction story where on December 21 2012 a man-created Black Hole created by the CERN particle accelerator, eats earth, and transforms earth into another universe. See this page of my web site on this idea. This is also based on String Theory in Physics, which theorizes that parallel universes exist.

Revelation 21, King James version:
"1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.
2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
10 And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and shewed me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God,
11 Having the glory of God: and her light was like unto a stone most precious, even like a jasper stone, clear as crystal;"
Isaiah 13:13:
"Therefore I will shake the heavens, and the earth shall remove out of her place..."
Isaiah 24:
"1 Behold, the Lord maketh the earth empty, and maketh it waste, and turneth it upside down, and scattereth abroad the inhabitants thereof.
4 The earth mourneth and fadeth away, the world languisheth and fadeth away, the haughty people of the earth do languish.
6 Therefore hath the curse devoured the earth, and they that dwell therein are desolate: therefore the inhabitants of the earth are burned, and few men left.
19 The earth is utterly broken down, the earth is clean dissolved, the earth is moved exceedingly.
20 The earth shall reel to and fro like a drunkard, and shall be removed like a cottage; and the transgression thereof shall be heavy upon it; and it shall fall, and not rise again."

"For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth..."

"For as the new heavens and the new earth..."

"Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away."
Characters:
Stanley Cheezeman, geologist. Has a PHD in Geology. Teaches at a major university in the U.S.. Also interested in the Bible and Biblical Prophecy, as well as 2012 predictions.
Susan Cheezeman. His wife, has an interest in Mayan 2012 prophecies and other prophecies.
Nov. 1, 2012. And Geologist Stanley Cheezeman was worried. There had been increasing numbers of earthquakes and volcanoes around the world in 2011 and 2012, beginning with the 9.0 Japan Quake and Tsunami on March 11 2011. There had been six magnitude 9 quakes in the last 2 months. His wife Susan was of the opinion that this could be the beginning of the December 21 2012 Mayan Calendar Doomsday.
So Stanley thought, why all the geologic activity? What is it leading to? There had been periods in earth's history when the earth was much more geologically active, when there were lava eruptions over huge areas hundreds of miles wide. That could be very bad news if it happened now. And then there are far-out ideas, such as the theory that the CERN LHC particle accelerator has created a Black Hole that is growing in the center of the earth, causing quakes and volcanoes around the world. Stanley looked at the data, and there had been increasing rates of earthquakes and volcanoes for the last 3 years. But this could just be a natural cycle. But what was ominous was reports of other strange phenomena including spirals seen in the sky.
Nov. 15 2012. Stanley can see the situation changing. As well as Magnitude 8 and 9 quakes and volcanoes going off, there are now new cracks forming in earth's surface and se floors. Stanley begins to think that perhaps the theory is correct, that a black hole is forming in the center of the earth.
December 1 2012. Giant cracks, mega-quakes, and tsunami tidal waves all around the world, as a black hole collapses earth's crust. It seems that earth is doomed. Giant waves roll over all the earth's land masses, as the earth's crust cracks like an egg shell.
December 21 2012. Revelation 21:1 (King James version):
"And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea."
Despite the earth being crushed out of existence, Stanley and Susan and others find that they are still alive, but the earth has changed. The Black Hole they have passed through has sent them and earth into an alternate universe. Now, the oceans are gone, and there is a large crystal city that is always illuminated, the New Jerusalem of Revelation 21. And there is a river, called the river of water of life in Revelation 22.
